- Do you offer combined shipping?
- Yes. For items on the same invoice we charge the highest shipping rate first. For each additional book lot add only $1.99 (or 99 cents for individual books)within the United States. So stock up and save!
- How can I track my package?
- We use delivery confirmation on all of our domestic orders which allows you to track your package online. As soon as your package is shipped you are sent an e-mail with this tracking information.
- What are your international shipping policies?
- We charge a flat rate of $13 USD for international orders up to 11 pounds in weight (books only). We can combine shipping on more than one book lot as well. For each additional pound over 11 pounds simply add $1 per pound to the shipping rate. Item weights can be found in the ads. Please note that this is surface shipping which is slower and can take up to 12 weeks for arrival. We are not responsible for items held up in customs.
- Do you offer insurance on international orders?
- Yes. Insurance is built into our shipping quote for overseas orders. The exception is for Canadian shipping on orders under 4 pounds. Insurance is optional for these items.
- Can't items be shipped to Canada for a cheaper rate?
- Yes. Items under 4 pounds can be shipped to Canada cheaper than our international rate. In this instance we state in our ads the Canadian shipping costs. In these instances shipping insurance is optional. You can always e-mail us with any questions you may have as well.
- Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
- Yes. If you are less than 100% satisfied with your item you may return it for a full refund (minus the return shipping costs) within 21 days of purchase.
